Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is ideally placed within a 20-minute walk to the center of town. The room was clean and comfortable but faced the inside of the hotel, which made it excessively hot due to a heating panel that couldn't be turned off. The service was exceptionally helpful despite a language barrier. The location is central to Pamplona, making it convenient for travelers. The dining was decent but not worth the price. Overall, a comfortable stay with a few drawbacks.
Our stay at the hotel was mostly pleasant. The location was great for our travel needs and the staff were friendly and helpful. However, the noise from residents on the 3rd floor was a downside, and the dining options were limited.
My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms had a few issues, mainly being really smelly, but I appreciated having tea and coffee facilities available. The change to the second floor was a bit inconvenient, especially with our dog, as we were used to being on the first floor near an elementary school. However, the service was excellent, with friendly staff who were particularly helpful in the mornings and even went out of their way to help us with a taxi problem during our stay. The location was good, though it was not in the historical center, it offered a nice view overlooking a park, which was ideal for pets. The dining experience was alright, but could use more variety for cereal and sugar-free options, though it was entirely in the hotel's interest. The facilities were decent with typical dishes available and the price was reasonable considering the amenities provided.
The hotel was in a convenient location, near a park and not far from the city center on foot. The rooms were small and didn't match the advertised pictures, with unclean towels and unchanged beds. Despite this, the staff was friendly and helpful. The dining options were tasty, though a bit pricey. Overall, the stay had its ups and downs.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were spacious, with a nice sitting area and a large bathroom. Having a balcony, as shown in the pictures, was a lovely touch. The staff were so accommodating, especially considering the hotel was quite busy with two groups of elderly guests. The location was convenient, just a short walk or bus ride into town, and I loved that it was opposite a beautiful park for my dog to enjoy.
The hotel is ideally located, clean, and quiet, offering comfortable rooms and friendly service. However, the prices are on the higher side, especially during the San Fermin festival. The breakfast is good, but the parking garage can be expensive.
The hotel had a mixed experience providing cozy rooms but with some drawbacks like old-fashioned decor and small windows. The service was exceptionally helpful but impacted by a large group of diners. The location was ideal for travel plans but not the best value for money. The dining options were average, with some items running out unexpectedly.
My stay at the hotel was truly enjoyable. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was extremely welcoming. However, the dining experience left something to be desired with limited breakfast options. The location was fantastic, just across from a large park, making it a great value overall.
Upon arrival, I found the hotel to be a bit of a mixed bag. The rooms were freezing cold, but at least they had tea and coffee facilities. The restaurant setting was quite pleasant, although it became uncomfortably hot due to a heating panel that couldn't be adjusted.
